All platters serve 15 people, no substitutions

Grilled Vegetables:

  • Grilled seasonal vegetables with a balsamic glaze (GF, V, Veg, DG)

Meatballs:

  • A variety of our meatballs, beef Italian style, Korean chicken and Greek lamb meatballs (GF, DF)

Charcuterie:

  • 3 meats, 3 cheeses, nuts, dried and fresh fruits and other accompaniments

Antipasta:

  • Marinated artichokes, tomatoes and peppers, sliced Italian cheese, salamis and white bean spread with crostini (V, Veg)

Fresh Fruit:

  • Seasonal fruits sliced and served with yogurt dipping sauces (GF, V, Veg, DF)

Baked Brie:

  • Pastry wrapped brie with spicy jam, fruit and assorted bread and crackers (Veg)

Assorted Sliders:

  • A variety of a slider sandwiches - both vegetarian and meat based.

Chips & Dip

  • Guacamole, salsa, spinach artichoke dip and french onion dip with a variety of corn and potato chips (GF, Veg)

Crudite:

  • Seasonal vegetables both raw and roasted with tahini-green goddess dips (GF, V, Veg, DF)

Mediterranean:

  • Hummus, olives, nuts, peppers, whipped feta and grilled pita bread (V, Veg)

Classic Tea Sandwiches:

  • chicken, tuna and Pimento Cheese and cucumber chickpea curry sandwiches on sliced bread and cut in smaller servings
